RESET by Building Culture ("RESET," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, track choice, membership plan
- Activity data: journal entries, mood check-ins, deliverable progress, streaks
- Payment data: processed by Stripe or on-chain providers — we do not store full card numbers
- Optional wallet address for proof anchoring and community staking
- Referral and partner earnings records
- Technical logs: IP address, browser type, session cookies
How we use it
- Deliver your membership and unlock content
- Authenticate you via email one-time codes
- Calculate proof scores and partner commissions
- Improve the product and prevent abuse
- Send transactional emails (sign-in codes, receipts)
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate RESET (hosting, email, payments, analytics). We do not sell your personal information. On-chain proof data you choose to anchor is public by nature of the blockchain.
Retention
We keep account data while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion by emailing office@buildingculture.capital.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
