Refund Policy

We want RESET to work for you. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for RESET by Building Culture memberships.
Monthly membership
You may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not refund partial months unless required by law or at our discretion for technical failures that prevented access.
Lifetime membership
Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable after Day 1 content has been unlocked, except where consumer law requires otherwise or in cases of duplicate charges or proven billing errors.
1-day unlock (Solana)
On-chain promo payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain. Refunds for crypto payments are evaluated case-by-case for duplicate charges or failed fulfillment only.
How to request a refund
Email office@buildingculture.capital within 14 days of purchase with your account email and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
